1. What is the cost of Shipping?

2. When will my items be delivered?
It takes 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship worldwide and most items will be delivered between 10-20 days. You will receive an order tracking number once your order is complete. Please refer to the shipping policy page for details. 3. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Returns and refunds are limited and conditional. We recommend reviewing your order before purchase to ensure you selected the correct size and item in order to minimize order errors. Please refer to the return policy for exact details before completing your purchase.
4. How do I choose the right size?
In order to bring you lower prices and free shipping, many of the items are manufactured internationally. Please pay close attention to size charts as most of them are in cm or mm. Please measure carefully and allow 2-5 cm/mm for error of measurement. If you are between sizes, chose the larger size as clothing tends to run smaller. If you have any questions or concerns in regard to choosing the correct size, please contact customer support.
5. I can't find my size or the color I want.
The selections of sizes and colors are subjected to the availability from suppliers and manufactures. With that being said, we are always adding new products to our site so check back frequently to see what's new. Join our mailing list to be updated when new items are added.
